Choose between Design Concept or the Developed Design packages and if you need a Shopping Basket making for you.
Send over the Specs
WhatsApp or email your dimensions and any ‘must-haves’ to get started!

Design is Made for you
After gathering enough information, over the next few days we will bring your vision to life.
Design Presentation
A set of high quality renders will be sent either via an email transfer link (such as SwissTransfer) or via WhatsApp. Whichever you prefer. A link to your space in 360° will be sent after the next step.
Feed back Session and discussion
After you’ve received your design, we’ll arrange for a meet either via Microsoft Teams or a chat over the phone to discuss the design. If you need any changes, we’ll simply loop back through these last three steps.

Do you come out to measure up?
If you’re in the Liverpool City Region, yes. The charge for this is £35
What information do you need to get going?
All we need are some initial room dimensions and images or a short video clip if you have either. Please have a look at the measuring guide section for more information. The page can be found here
What is the lead time to receive a design?
Usually under a week from receipt of dimensions & initial consultation. All designs are issued after receipt of payment.
Are any design revisions included?
Yes, there are up to two revisions included per package, with a further to amend final dimensions within the Developed Design Package.
How many design revisions are included with my design package?
There are up to two revisions included per package, with a further to amend final dimensions within the Developed Design Package.
Can my Design Concept package be upgraded?
Yes you can convert your Design Concept Package in the Developed Design Package at any point.
What if my measurements change during building work?
Send them over and we can have a look to see if they will affect your design.
Do you recommend suppliers?
No. However if we know somewhere does something specific that you’re looking for, we can let you know what where to be searching. We try to remain impartial, focusing on giving you the best design.
What if I need a further amendment in addition to what’s included with my design package?
Additional amendments can be added with a small charge to cover the additional time. If it’s something really simple to do we might be able to amend without a charge. The best thing to do is send what you need doing and we can have a look.
Measuring Guide
Helpful Hints
- Measure the full width and length of the room including door and window positions
- Include the door frame within the door measurement
- Remember to add the ceiling height
- If there’s a beam note where it is and its height
- Any features such as low ceilings because of stairs, add these in
- Look for any stop taps or fixed items that can’t be moved and add these in
Tips
- Measuring all the way around the room is a good way of checking that everything adds up
- Face on views might be help to show window heights and could be better for single runs such as media walls or a run of wardrobes
